Apart from my own career as a professional conductor, I have worked for many institutions like the Royal Northern College of Music, Royal Scottish Academy, Symphony Australia, Florida State University, Zurich Academy of Music etc..  teaching and mentoring young aspiring conductors. In most of my past positions as a Music Director I tried to create oportunities for young conductors to get to know the world of professional conducting from the inside.

Apart from teaching conductors, I’ve also worked with business leaders and people from many professional backgrounds on aspects of leadership and communication.

Conducting Coaching is my space where I share digital resources, advice and insights from within the field of professional conducting. Whenever possible I also do individual consultations on all issues related to your conducting or your conducting career .
